According to some quick research TMPIN1 represents your Motherboard's Northbridge (not the CPU's 'Northbridge' should it have one).
60°c is a tolerable temperature for a Northbridge and you shouldn't experience problems or increased component wear at that temperature. There are options such as specific Northbridge cooling units should you wish to reduce the temperature. You could also simply point a case fan directly at the Northbridge or examine your case's airflow to see if you could improve that somehow.
Apparently MSI are notorious for having "poor thermal design" on their Motherboards. I can corroborate that with my Gigabyte board's Northbridge at 33°c.
However, ultimately, 60°c is still a very tolerable temperature, and shouldn't be cause for concern.
