would you say this is right or am i wrong? note im talking about motherboard/system temperature and not cpu temperature.

idle- 30-40 good temp

idle 40-45 ok

load 30-45 good temp

load 45-55 ok temp

load 60 ok but a bit to high

load 62 + danger zone

load 65+ way to high will damage Components

I've never looked into what temperature would be unsafe for a motherboard to run, but i think if a motherboard will run stable for 3 hours at 62c or even higher, i would not worry about it. I would only worry if the temperature kept climbing slowly but steadily. While running a computer at higher temperatures may shorten it's life in the long run, from say 8 years down to 7 years, it will be out of date by then i any case.
These high motherboard/chipset temperatures are only a problem if it's that high 24/7. Also the difference between "load 60 ok but a bit to high" and "load 62 + danger zone" is only 2 degrees, almost nothing. In the end it's a trade-off. Some people may be willing to run their machine at a higher temperature to get more performance, even if it does shorten the life of the computer by a bit.

ok so if you run it on full load at 62 c for about 3 hours a day for 1 year will it take more punishment than a cooler system or is the board made to handle it?

in your opinion what temperature would be in the danger zone? if used for 2-3 hours a day on full load
