Question Motherboard troubleshoot help

I have recently built a computer and when i try to boot it up it starts for a couple seconds and then one of the fans on the graphics card stops and the whole system shuts off. I have a x470 gaming k4 motherboard, i get the 60 error on dr debug and i reinstalled the cpu and ram but still the problem persists. What can i do?

cooler - H100i pro 75 cfm liquid cpu cooler
motherboard- asrock x470 gaming k4
ram - XLR8 DDR4, 2666 Mhz 16 Gb
storage - SSD 960 GB-10000 GB and 3 TB hard drive
video card - evga geforce rtx 2070 xc ultra
power supply - evga 750 gq
and my case is a h500i
