Motherboard Upgrade Help

What should I upgrade my HP carmel 3 motherboard to? I want it to be cheap but have quite a bit of expansion capabilites. You want to match the motherboard with the cpu.

choose your CPU first and add it. then the filter for compatibility should kick in and help you chose your motherboard.
