Motherboard upgrade help

Hello my motherboard (asus maximus vi hero) just died after 4 years and i went to go search for mb that support lga 1150, z87, atx and it looks like most of the good boards are overpriced or discontinued. I haven't kept touch with the pc world for 4 years, is it better to buy a new recent model motherboard? but then im gonna have to buy a new cpu? thanks for all the input!

MOTHER BOARD - Asus maximus vi hero
CPU - intel i7-4770k
GRAPHICS CARD - nvidia gtx 1060 (friend gave me)
RAM - corsair vengeance red 16gb ddr3
PSU - corsair CX750M

If you want to keep your 4770k then you should buy a used Motherboard. Old Tech is always overpriced if bought new.
