I am having an issue where the PC is randomly losing power...... it's just off. No log no nothing. I have already replaced the Power Supply, but I feel it may be the Motherboard. I currently have an ASRock Z370 Extreme 4. Well, I can't find the same motherboard for a good price when it would be more economical to just upgrade it. Would a direct upgrade to a z390 be easier? Because I am scared of a compatibility issue with using a different brand/Manufacturer.

True, that is very indicative of both thermal shutdowns, but if that were the case the pc would first ramp the fans as high as theyll go.
Insufficent wattage could very much also be the case.

I thought so to, but I get a shutdown at 38 Celsius
