Motherboard Upgrade?

I have a question about my motherboard. It is a Asus P4T533-C.

I want to upgrade to the 6800 Ultra but they said it will be limited by my motherboard. Right now I have a 9700 Pro. They said something about the AGP. Can someone explain why it would be limited? Thanks

I can't see what the problem would be, the card should be 4x backwards compatable. You might need a better power supply.
