MotherBoard USB ports not working

So I was playing games on my desktop and then I got the blue screen of death. After that my computer restarted and it wouldn't fully restart. So I'm trying to enter my MotherBoard BIOS so I can startup on my USB that has windows media files to reinstall windows to my SSD and now when I restarted my computer my USB ports stopped working. My keyboard work on my laptop but not on my computer. Please help

Go back into BIOS and find the setting "USB Legacy Support".. Check it is enabled because without that, there is no power to the ports until the operating system cuts in.

Does your BIOS have a hardware checking facility? Is every USB port on the box - front or back - failing?
