Question Motherboard using 8 of 16GB of RAM

Hi, I have a MSI B350M Gaming Pro mb, and 2 sticks of Corsair Vengeance Red LED 16GB DDR4 3000MHz CL15 (8GB each). The problem is that I saw in task manager that i use only 8 of 16 gb ram and the remaining 8 It seems that is Hardware reserved. I've updated the BIOS in hope to resolve this problem but it didn't. I've tried removing paging file and that didn't work either. I don't know what else should I try.

No part number or link to memory, so it's anyones guess what you bought.

Memory modules sold as Singles have no guarantee to be compatible if used in multiples.

you should try to clean the memory with eraser on the ram
