[SOLVED] Motherboard weird voltage.

Hello guys i have gigabyte AX370 gaming k5 motherboard and even at bios for my ryzen 1600 the motherboard gives 1.380-1.390V if i open my pc with cpu-z software i see voltage go from 0.3 to 1.2 to 1.380V. Everything is in stock settings. I experience freezes with pc recently and thats the reason i ask. My psu is an evga 650w 80+ gold. I know ryzen 5 1600 stock voltage is 1.25v

It's alright for voltage to go up to 1.425 -1.45v. 0.3v is too little for even lowest idle. shouldn't go much lower than 1v.
