are there any motherboards that support 2 CPUs, each with a diff socket?
e.g.; 1150 lga and LGA 2066

the idea is to use one for video editing and the other for gaming

no. there are motherboards that support two cpu's but they have to be the same socket. and these motherboards as far as I'm aware are for server level cpu's like xeon.
