Motherboard won't boot up with new PSU

So i just bought a be quiet pure power 10 500w to upgrade my pc, and replace the old psu (power logic magnum 230w)

The motherboard won't turn on with the be quiet psu, but the light on the motherboard is flickering, I try to jumpstart the motherboard but still cant. Pls help me, the motherboard I use https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/G41M-VS3/index.asp

If the board still works with old PSU, that would mean you got DoA be quiet PSU. Do the paperclip test on new PSU.
