Motherboard wont display bios. But graphics card will.

I just built a computer and the bios will display from graphics card(Radeon 570) but not from the motherboard (b450 tomahawk) even when the graphics card is removed from the system. Please help.

What CPU are you using?

Did you check and see if your processor come with integrated graphics? I'm pretty sure 1700X don't have built in GPU.

The 1700X doesn't have integrated graphics.

That's why.

I don't believe so....because you have no graphics at all in the CPU.

Ok thank you so much. If you don't mind helping me out with another question. With the same computer, gpu installed i can get win 10 instslled as well as all the drivers in need but as soon as i connect to the internet and try to run anything from task manager to installing chrome the computer will freeze. Sometimes right away to 4+ hours of using it. Do you have any idea as to what might be causing this?
