Question Motherboard won't power on

I recently purchased MSI x470 ATX. I set it up with 16 gigs of ddr4, a ryzen 2600, am SSD, and HDD. I'm using an EVGA 750w power supply but not getting any power. The case is a cmt510 and I'm almost positive I have all the connections right. the fans from the case and the main power wire are going into the motherboard along with the 20 + 4 pin and 8-pin CPU connection. If anybody has any thoughts I'd really appreciate it.

You'd need a graphics card too, but... not related to the no power issue.
Try testing the power supply:

See if a fan connected to it does spin.

If you still got nothing, check the RAMS and whether they're in right order of slots (1st and 3rd usually) or if they're even seated correctly.
