MotherBoard won't start (PC works only 5 minute per day)

Hi.
My PC won't stay on further than 5 minutes and after that i have to wait for 24 hours then my PC works but only 5 minutes and stop working another day (I'm in a loop)
the power button LED is off, the P.S.U & CPU fans not working they just flickering every 20 seconds.
i have tested the GPU, RAM, Hard Drive, P.S.U & CMOS battery & i reconnect the Whole PC
what am i missing?

Nvidia 610 GTX
Msi H81m-p33
2 + 4 GB Ram
power 400w
it was working fine for 2 years and one day this happened
(it's not my pc, mine is 7Generation 🙂 )

Use either the 2GB or 4GB RAM only, and remove the GPU too. After clear the CMOS, and boot the PC to see it can boot or not.

Maybe the CPU is overheating? Or there could be a short in your system. Also what brand is your PSU?
