Motherboard's Pins Issue

Hi! So I found this used ASRock B150m Pro 4, it has one missing pin but the seller said it's still usable as he provides a screenshot of his B150m perfectly working with G4560 although it has 1 missing pin. Will it still work with 1 missing pin? Can I trust him? Some help would be nice

1 pin may be not used at all, or it might be critical.
Maybe he just never used a function that goes through that pin.

Unless it was $5 or less, I'd pass.
