I am choosing parts for a new computer I am building.

ASrocks 170 Extreme 4 or the ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING?

I can only find a few motherboards that mention they have easy OC settings. On the ASROCK OC Formula it's called Rapid OC, Gigabyte OC Genie, etc.

Do either of these have a easy way to do a small OC without adjusting settings manually? I am new to this OC thing and would rather just have a option to do a small OC on my 6600k with less possibility of me frying my computer.

Both programs are terrible. Stick to manual overclocking using the CPU ratio and voltage. It's going to be a lot more stable. In fact, the OC programs have a better chance of frying your computer than you have messing around with the ratio. I've never, ever had luck with them. You've got a whole community right here to help you with overclocking, and I think it's rather fun to do.

I'd go with the Asus, by the way, the company's more reliable.
Those things can be very meh with results and often screw around with a lot of things. It would be much simpler to just go into the bios and set it to 40 or 42 with out messing with the voltage.
