Hi I have recently finished building my pc but have noticed that my ports on the back especially usb ones are covered behind the Io shield? Do you think I should unscrew the motherboard a bit and jus move it around it bit and see if I can solve it?
Here is what I mean:

Any ideas?

In my experience, the normally don't line up perfectly, but that seems a bit more out than normal. I assume the case is the Fractal Design Define R4 or R4? (I didn't have a problem with it when building a Z87-A and Z97-Pro box) That some of the ports line up (DVI, etc), and some don't is weird. I assume you've installed all of the motherboard spacers, and are using the IO shield that came with the board (and that the one which came with the board is the correct one)?

I'm using a corsaie 760t case, I have installed all Standoffs to where the motherboard has holes for them.
My Mobo is an Asus maximus vii hero and I'm using the supplied io shield. I have unscrewed the motherboard and tried moving it around but the motherboard just seems to "droop below the Io shield unless I partially lift it up so it lines up? Here is what I mean:

Doh - looked like the rear of my Fractal case..!

OK, I can only really think of two possibilities - either the case is deformed in some way, or some of the stand-offs are "wrong" (as in too short). So ... does anything in the case (especially the motherboard mounting panel) bent or "out of true" (slanted)? And I assume all of the stand-offs appear to raise up by the same amount?

To be honest, this is an odd one, and I'm rapidly running out of ideas! 🙁 I don't know how "on the ball" Corsair's support are (in terms of response time), but maybe ping them an e-mail with a set of pictures? (I'm guessing an image of the motherboard tray with the standoffs installed, one with the motherboard in place, one showing the IO ports, and one of the case from the end (to show whether it's out of shape or not)

Hello... The IO shield needs to be installed from the inside of your computer case first... before the MB. It's obvious that one side of the shield flange, is on the outside of your case and not the inside, from your video, first 3 seconds, am I right? Did you install the IO plate from the Inside of your case first and then the MB? That is the proper order of things.
