Motion blur while playing games on new monitor

I recently got a new monitor and when i play games it feels like i have motion blur turned on and ive tried everything i can think of to try and fix it, im not sure if it something wrong with my monitor or not. The monitor is a AOC M2470SWH. Any ideas of what it could be?

Check monitor's menu, it may have adjustments for response time.
