Moto 360 problems

Basically i have a Moto 360 1st Gen. It charges up to 72% then it discharges, it will turn off by itself sometimes and will only turn back on when on the charging cradle. And also the battery dies pretty quick about 4-5 hours. So i was thinking it needs a new battery but I'm not sure if will work or not

Yes, probably needs a new battery judging by the symptoms - - in any case, swapping the old battery with a new one is pretty much the only way to find out where a phone's concerned.
