Hello! I bought a brand new Moto M on Feb 10th. I was handling it well till today morning. Today morning the phone fell from my pocket and when i took it back, saw a crack in the screen.

What is the best way to handle it with less cost ?

Solution
I would say you will have to ask around. Here in the US that assembly is half the cost of the phone plus labor. Alibaba has the assembly but I can't guarantee they are OEM.
It's going to be expensive regardless how you go. Parts for that phone are not readily available like they are with the G and X series. I hope you invested in the insurance as that would be your cheapest and fastest option. If you didn't buy the insurance then I suggested you go back to where you bought it and ask. I don't advise going through Motorola because their customer service in the last year has taken a massive nose dive in reliability and response.

I have ordered online in flipkart. i didnt get an insurance. i can't afford so much money also. Please tell a viable solution. How about local Phone shops ?

I had to find Motorola warranty centre. When I showed them the broken screen with my reasons to convinCe them for warranty, they concluded the conversation by telling that ' Broken screen is a Physical damage and it can't be covered under warranty'
Then I asked them for solution. They simply said pay 5k and get it fixed. I had no other option left with me. I paid and now I have a new screen.
