Mount and blade:Viking conquest gtx 770 oc problem.

So on 1440x900 ultra the game runs with normally 120 fps but now when sven is laying raid on doccigna the fps is 64-80 and it have lag spikes,also the gpu usage first hits 95 then goes on 30-60 is it normal?

Wow after a little oc on the gpu it got to 70-90% usage pff..
