[SOLVED] Mounted 240MM using only 4 Screws, will it be okay?

As the title suggests, I mounted my Artic LF 240MM on the top of my Deepcool Matrexx 55 MESH, however after screwing in each of the corner, I couldn't screw the middle part of the rad.
So my question is, will it be fine like this? It's pretty snug, and isn't shaking at all no matter how much I budge, I screwed the 4 screws in pretty tight as well.

Why can't you put the other ones in?

Loosen the corners, and see if the middle ones will go in.

They aren't fitting, the holes in the rad are slightly off.
I will try unscrewing the corners tomorrow.
However, will it be fine like this?

Maybe not.

Standard assembly rule...
Get all screws started a little bit, then tighten them down.

Alright, I partly unscrewed the four corners and was able to budge the rad a bit for the rest of the screws the fit, made sure to screw in the rest of the rad. Thanks for the help, I'm new to this so all help is greatly appreciated, first time I've fitted an AIO. I hope everything works out fine.
I also didn't screw them too tight, heard people screwing into their rad fins and damaging them. However I'm sure the washers won't let me over-tighten the screws anyway.
