Mounted new intel M2 and then my samsung ssd is not detected.

Hello i bought fresh new Intel 180GB 2,5'' SATA SSD Series 540s M.2
I have few SSD drives in my PC.
I have MSI Z370 Gaming Plus motherboard.

Problem is that when i turned on PC after mounting properly M.2 Drive it rebooted at start and after that it run smoothly to the windows. The problem is that while the M.2 is connected my other Samsung 850 Evo SSD is not visible even in BIOS.
Does anyone know what to do ? or it is something i should change in bios. My mind is totally blank on this case.

M2's tend to disable SATA ports , have you tried another port?

I'm gonna check it I haven't thought about this option. Never had a problem with sata disabled. Thank you
