hey I'm getting a Ryzen 7800X3D and an Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 in an Antec AX 90 case.
The GPU is a Gigabyte 3070.

Where and how should I put the AIO, front/top how the tubes wll go ?

Thank you for the fast respond ! should the tubes come down from the left side or the right side and i would love to know opnions if this is enough cooling for an 78003xd and an rtx3070 should i add a fan on the side inside

and another question rn i have an i7 9700k i wana upgrade either to 78003DX I7 13700K or i7 14000f . Which upgrade should i go with ? how is intel doing these days

You could always just read the manual and see the visuals which show the tubes towards the front of the top of the case:

This is general rule, For best CPU cooling, front mounted radiator with push or pull fan placement but to draw fresh air in. That may raise case temperature by few degrees so if you have problems with case and GPU cooling , radiator should go to top of the case as exhaust with fans in push or pull placement. In your case because that AIO is even more powerful than needed,I would opt for top mount, that way it picks less dust.
Just a word of caution, that AIO has radiator+fans thicker by 6mm than most and MB may prevent it to mount there.
