My keyboard and mouse do not work after startup. They work perfectly fine inside BIOS. I tried swapping ports (USB 2.0 & 3.0)restarting the PC, killing the power and restarting. Nothing seems to be working. It's a razer blackwidow chroma and a razer mamba te.They both have the leds on and once you pull the usb and plug it in they do not power (the leds) up until you restart the pc. When I get in if I move the mouse enough I can move it like this... https://youtu.be/OsR0vIl6sXI, but I can't click. My keyboard won't work at all. I had my pc shut off for about 2 days during a move and I cannot remember if there was an update that could've messed with my drivers. POST recognizes that a keyboard and mouse are connected. Any ideas?

Update: starting in safe mode they work which makes me think that it is a driver issue. I uninstalled them from device manager and no change. I tried to uninstall razer synapse thinking that could be the issue.. but i can't uninstall it. I did a system restore to 6/21 which didn't work when it was working fine as of 6/28.

Update 2: I reset the CMOS battery and now when I hit the post screen it shows 2 mice and no keyboard. So now my keyboard isn't being recognized so I cannot open BIOS.

i would buy a cheap mouse/kb, use them to load win 10 again and then fix synapse after win 10 is working fine. Synapse tends to try to install itself at same time as windows 10 does and can get confused and not installed right. If you not using razer hardware it should let you remove it.

Might want to do this before installing them again: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/remove-old-drivers-after-upgrading-to-new-hardware/

Install synapse again and try mice/kb and see if they work.
