So I just built this computer with my dad: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1cWn1 and my local deal for Windows 7 fell-through so now I have to wait longer to use it. And I was thinking that if I ordered Windows 7, that I would order a mouse and keyboard. I need some recommendations for keyboards that aren't mechanical (to save money so I can buy a good mouse,) and for a mouse that has a lot of buttons on it.

Thanks

Really any keyboard from a reliable company with entry-level offerings such as Logitech and Microsoft would be good.

That said, there are literally a ton of keyboard options. This one is cheap and reliable:

For mice:
Budget:
7 buttons:http://www.amazon.com/Anker-Programmable-Profile-specific-Switches/dp/B00CBQO930/ref=sr_1_10?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1374035674&sr=1-10&keywords=gaming

Enthusiast:
20 buttons:http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Gaming-Mouse-Black-910-002864/dp/B0086UK7IQ/ref=sr_1_7?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1374035674&sr=1-7&keywords=gaming

How many buttons you need will depend on what games you plan on...
