Question Mouse and keyboard no longer turning on after restart?

Alright so what's up people basically I've been getting back into gaming recently been playing lots of dead by daylight and then I restarted my PC to update all my drivers and then after the restart my mouse and keyboard lit up for a split second and then they shut off so I am really confused here I am 100% sure my PSU is fine bc it turns them on and why would it just suddenly stop supplying enough power?

Alright so update:
Still having issues I've rules out the possibility that the USB are dead as a plugged in my old kb and the same thing happened so I am considering resetting my windows as I think it's a driver issue and can't get pass the sign in screen bc the kb and mouse don't work but I rather not buy another license so will it reinstall windows even if it's not a prebuilt?
