Mouse and keyboard not working after i reset my pc

Im now being left in the "Choose your keyboard layout screen" because neither my keyboard or mouse are working to let me choose an option. They worked before i factory reset, but now, they just aint working. Any help would be greatly appreciated (Also, im quite new to proper techy stuff so go easy on the answers please)

Did you unplug, wait a second and then plug back in while pc is running?

You may want to check out your drivers
Or go device manager and see if the PC is having a hard time recognizing your equipment
