Mouse and Keyboard shut off after Windows loads

So I just installed my Z97-A motherboard. It recognized all my drives and the Raid formation. Windows boots up find but once it does my mouse and keyboard immediately shut off. Any ideas? Appreciate the help!

Make sure you are not using the USB3.0 ports, and try with other ones.

Already did that....trying a boot from disk and repair it. I'll see what that does.

Oh so up till bios everything works fine?? You can access bios with the keyboard?? and mouse if uefi??
IF so its clearly a windows problem, try and formating the disk.. i know its tedious but it might be your only choice :S
