Solution
I use a deathadder with a qck for CS:GO, and I personally think it's an awesome mouse. It's extremely comfortable, very responsive, and I love the back lighting on it.
As someone who switched from g502 to DA Chroma, I prefer the DA a lot more. The sensor might be slightly better specs wise on the g502 but you are never going to notice it. The DA is lighter and it's shaped differently than the G502, which for me was a bit to cumbersome and large. For me it's definitely the DA, I think that they fixed the quality control issues they had in the past with the DA line so it should last for a while.

As far as the mousepad it's down to personal preference I think, do you like a hard pad, soft, cloth, thickness. Do you want your mouse to go faster, slower? What dpi do you use, do you need a big mouse pad, small? It depends. But in general, you will be satisfied with whatever one you choose: Razer, SteelSeries, Logitech... I would recommend that you go into the store if possible and try them out if you don't already know what you like.

For mouse my personal choice is my Corsair M45 which is not the latest or greatest in tech or flashy looks but its comfortable and has not failed me once in the long time of using it.

With mousemats i agree with whats been said that its best to try out some different materials and sizes to see what best suits you.
