[SOLVED] Mouse Cursor messes up until reboot sometimes after closing games.

This only seems to happen when I exit a game, but my mouse cursor ends up taking on the shape of the last icon it was.

So if i mouse of a text field, it will stay as the blinking cursor icon, or if I hover over the edge of a window, it will turn into the dragging arrow.

Is there a way to 'reboot' my mouse cursor without restarting windows? Logging in/out doesn't seem to fix it either.

Hello

A simple solution would be to uninstall and then re-install mouse driver from the Device Manager snap-in.

If that doesn't help, make sure that the graphics card driver is updated.

If that doesn't work either, please try creating a new user account and try playing a game using that account.
