Mouse cursor pops up mid game twice each day

So when I'm playing any game whether its with a controller or mouse and keyboard the cursor will pop up and take priority over everything. Even when I'm in fullscreen (not windowed full) it will pop up and i have to click the game screen to get it to go back to letting me play. After i do that about a minute later it happens again and then its done, but it happens every day.
There are no windows that open up anywhere, nothing on the task bar. I have no idea whats causing it. I have Bitdefender for antivirus, i did some searches a while back and it had caused some similar stuff with the mouse cursor but i could never find any real solutions. Does anyone have any ideas on how to tell what is causing this or how to fix it?

in your mouse settings is the snap to feature enabled? (snap to will move the mouse to a new dialog box when it opens saving you from doing it) id so try disabling it and test it.
if a timed dialog box popups while gaming snap to will move the mouse to the box and could cause the issue you are seeing.

Snap to is turned off, I'll try it out and see if it will help, thanks for the info!

if it is off it is not the issue.

oh i misread that, i thought you meant to turn it on and see if it would maybe point to the cause when it happens
