[SOLVED] Mouse feels like it's on ICE?

The title explains it quite well, for some reason it feels like it's on ICE on a few games such as CSGO and League of legends whereas if I play Warzone it feels fine.

Also, with league of legends my fps is high but sometimes I lag insanely badly, but sometimes it's fine. If I play windowed mode it's always fine.

The mouse has always been fine until I recently upgraded my computer the other day, and some times it feels like the mouse is entirely fine and as it was before but then half way through you can tell it has the horrible delayed ice effect type of thing.

And my PC randomly restarted a few times until I reactivated windows and it's not done it so far.

Solution
I reinstalled windows and I'm using the g502.
Did you enable any Bcdedit commands? like useplatformtick Yes or useplatformclock Yes or DisabledynamicTick Yes? make sure to delete all of them.

try to uninstall the LGHUB or LGS drivers and uninstall the right USB device from Device manager related to the mouse, the mouse would stop working, you can replug it and it would work or restart the computer.

Make sure you have this set in bios
Global C-state Control = Enabled Power Supply Idle Control = Low Current Idle CPPC = Enabled CPPC Preferred Cores = Enabled AMD Cool'n'Quiet = Enabled PPC Adjustment = PState 0

If not make sure you have the newest

Also, install this...
