Mouse freeze Youtube

My mouse freezes when the video starts on Youtube. I'm using Windows 8.1, this never happened before. I'm using Chrome, but with Mozilla its the same story. What do you suggest?

Okay got it fixed when I unplugged the DS3 controller. Who would have guessed?
