Mouse freezes when starting almost any program

Hello guys!

I've recently bought a notebook with Windows 10, a 1050 GTX TI graphic card and an i5 processor. Windows 10 runs from a 128GB SSD and I've got a 1TB HDD as well.

Since one week, whenever I start an application such as Chrome or Evernote, or even expand the side-bar, the notebook freezes 2-3 seconds before the application really starts. This problem does not appear with Windows Word for example.

I called the seller of the notebook and he told me it is probably a driver problem. Then, I did all the updates that were available and installed all drivers from the disc he gave me. No improvements. Then I ran the Windows Update Repair tool that I downloaded from the internet, ran a scan with Malwarebytes and optimized the computer with Ashampoo Winoptimizer.

Do you have any ideas what the problem could be?

Can you please try this:

> Type CMD in the Cortana search box.

> Right-click Command Prompt from the Best match list.

> Click Run as administrator.

> Type CHKDSK C: /R in the command window and press Enter.

> When it prompts you to confirm if you want to schedule the scan at next restart, type Y and press Enter.

> Close the Command Prompt window.

> Restart Windows and wait while it scans your C:\ drive for any errors, and repairs if it finds any.

> Try using Windows again.

Didn't help unfortunately. But thank you anyway! Do you think a complete reinstallation of Win10 could help?

As IT professionals, we consider fresh installation last resort to kill any problem.

Can you please try the SFC /SCANNOW Command instead?

Thanks. He didn't find a problem. I already did a couple of other checks provided by this Reset Windows Update Tool you can see below.

15. Explores other online solutions.
16. Downloads the Diagnostic Tools.

Any other guesses? I've installed a driver checker already and ran through every devide in the devide manager and tried to update it manually.

Also, the brightness buttons on my keyboard do not work (FN +F8/F9), maybe it's caused by the same problem?

PLUS, Youtube videos freeze after a while so that I must reload the page.
