Question Mouse glitch when swipe too fast.

Hi, I have this problem which I never seen before. It was fine on my Laptop and no such problem occurs but when I moved it on my PC, it does this weird problem.

I uploaded image showing what the "weird" problem does when I swipe too fast.

Make and model mouse?

Compare the following specs to each other:

Hardware requirements for the game(s) being played
Hardware specs for the laptop
Hardware specs for the PC.

Model: Logitech 403

Laptop:

• Laptop Model is ASUS X453EA
• AMD A4 5100 Quad Core 1.55GHz
• with Radeon HD 8330
• 4GB RAM

PC:

• Intel i5 2500k 3.3GHz
• 16GB RAM
• with RX 470 GB
• 128GB SSD + 1TB HDD

It not only happens while in-game but also in desktop. Only happens in my PC though but not in my Laptop. I tried other mouse, it also does the same thing.

Did you try reinstalling the aplicable mouse drivers on the PC?

Pick one mouse.

For the PC, download, reinstall, and reconfigure the applicable mouse drivers via the manufacturer's website.
