Question Mouse jittering

My mouse has been jittering in an extremely weird way. I noticed it when i was gaming and doing a lot of actions (like moving around clicking and shooting) I noticed I was missing a lot of stuff in games I was playing and I thought I was going crazy for the longest time. After going back and playing roblox a game I've played since I was a kid I finally saw the problem first hand and this is whats happening. (I'm holding right click which should not allow my mouse to move at all). Any information to help fix this would be greatly appreciated thank you.

It's set to 8650 but this is irrelevant as I'm holding right click so my cursor should not be moving at all.
