Question Mouse keeps disconnecting

My mouse keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, I have had this problem for about 2 months now. It happens mainly in games, it can be at intervals of 10 mins to an hour, and sometimes can happen many times quickly.

The mouse is new and works on other devices perfectly fine, My keyboard works in all of my USB ports so I don't think that could be the issue, I have disabled all of the computer's abilities to turn or ports or the mice in my device manager, as well as uninstalling both the mouse and the USB root Hub. I factory reset my computer for a different reason, and it did not do it for about 2 days and then continued. Any help would be much appreciated as all I see is the same 3 pieces of advice.

Let me guess, you have a Ryzen cpu. They've had a USB plague that affects a few users for odd and unknown reasons. Goto AMD website, they just released a supposed fix, and if it doesn't work, are very interested in whatever info you can supply to help them with a permanent solution.

Hope that wasn't one of the 3 same pieces of advice.
