Hello every one, I broke my PCI slots in my MB so I brought a new MB Asus h81-v3 when I tried to boot the computer every thing run very well but the mouse and keyboard and hdmi did not work /: the MB didn't recognize those things !

Is it possible that the CPU is crashed ?
I tried to charge my phone in the USB slot and it's works so the problem is not in the ports, Also I tried to plug HDMI into the Video card still no signal *_*.

Solution
Have you checked that it is fully seated into CPU socket?
Try without cooler and power it up for few seconds and touch if it heats up, if not then its toasted.
No, ram shouldn't cause issues, my HyperX is same 1866 (black edition) and works flawless on 1600MHz,
If you can update bios to latest https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H81MV3/HelpDesk_BIOS/ (this is your motherboard)
Just before updating, are you using USB or PS2 keyboard?

As i remember some motherboards have option to disable usb keyboard or usb in general just PS2 enabled (not sure but i have one).

I use USB keyboard, But how can I update tbe BIOS ? I cant even see the screen or using the Keyboard and mouse. Also, the cpu power is 4 pin in my old MB it was 8 pin is that a problem ?

No, Usually more than 4pin is more potential overclocking and stability.
Well for part of updating bios, thats a bit unlucky. If anyone has you can borrow low end CPU (you can see on site) and update the bios. Other issue might be uncompatible ram (try one stick), before booting PC clear cmos.

I just tried a friend i5 4400 and it's works then I updated the bios when I tried my cpu its not working. I tried my CPU in my friend PC when I boot the PC its take 4 sec then shut off /:

I tried every thing I can but still not working and I find out that the CPU temperature is higher than usual so I think it's already dead /: ,But I will check for resistors, but how can I judge if the resistor is ok or not ? And how can I fix it if so? .
