Mouse, keyboard and monitor under $250 AU

Hi guys, I will be building my first gaming PC around Christmas this year, the parts of which I have pretty much decided upon. What I haven't decided on is a mouse, keyboard and monitor. They don't have to be mechanical or have any extra buttons and I would like the monitor to be larger than 22 Inch. I will primarily be playing FPS games and I will most likely purchase these items from Umart milton. I would really like some suggestions on what to buy and due to the cost of my PC, I would like to keep the combined total of these peripherals below $250 Au. Any responses are greatly appreciated,

Thanks Spinny for your response. All of the stuff you suggested looks great, I was just wondering if the 5ms response time will be good for playing FPS games. Its just that a few friends have said that 2ms is necessary. I personally don't think ill be able to tell the difference, but would you recommend spending at bit more money to get a 2ms monitor? If you can help me on this I'll chose your answer as the solution, thanks.

The human eye blinks 20ms. If your anything below 5ms, you should be fine. Most people can hardly tell the difference between 5ms and 2ms. Plus, there are not many 2ms monitors in your budget. Overall, 5ms is pretty good. But don't go past 8ms.

"Professional gaming" or not, I personally think anything past 3-5ms is an advertising ploy. You should be fine either way.
