Hello

I have a mini pc pc with Windows 11 and one laptop with Windows 11 as well. The mini pc's CPUs is less powerful and has a bit less RAM than the laptop. However, the mouse lags randomly only in the laptop. Should I try to fix this issue in the laptop by launching the tool System - Recovery - Fix problems using Windows update - reinstall now?

Thanks

I already did System - Recovery - Fix problems using Windows update - reinstall now to no avail.
I also deleted all mouse devices from the device manager and rebooted the computer to no avail.

I have tried with different mouses and the problem persists. The trackpad has the same problem as well.

Do you know what else to do?

Even though the lag seems random, it might seem that has to do with the computer being more busy, meaning for example with more tabs on internet browsers. But anyway this does not happen to the mini PC, which is less powerful.

I disabled most of the services, through services.msc, asociated to the small icons on the right of my Windows desktop tray, and it seems the problem might have got fixed. I still do not know exactly which program was causing the problem. But if anyone else has the same problem, you can proceed as described.
