Question Mouse latency on new monitor (TV)

My new monitor/TV has some serious lag in response time with respect to the mouse.

I have a 2 monitor setup. The old one is a regular monitor, which is working fine.

My other TV/monitor crapped out and I bought a new one today

It's a 43" Hisense Smart TV .

I've restarted a bunch of times.
I've switched HDMI ports.

The keyboard doesn't seem affected.

Any ideas?

I fixed this.

I had to update the refresh rate from 59 to 60.

Settings > Display > Advanced Display

But I needed to restart for it to take effect, that's what was fscking me up !!
