So, recently I started to feel that sometimes I wasn't shooting my target even though I felt like I was actually clicking left click, and after sometime playing it just started to happen very commonly even though I'm 100% clicking left click, I was playing paladins atm, then I noticed it also happened in kovaak's aim trainer, but then I hop on to ark just to play with some friends, and notice nothing like that happens, I try valorant too, nope, and I even try Apex Legends, and nope, didn't happen there either, I still have to test some other games, but those are the only games I care about atm, it has only failed me in those two games. I also haven't tested it with any other mouse yet, and for specs I'm playing on windows 10 and using a steelseries rival 600 mouse. I would love to know if anyone has had a problem similar to this and how to fix it.

My own $35 wireless Logitech keyboard/mouse combo sometimes gives me the audible 'click' sound but does not actually engage unless it is pushed with a tiny extra bit of force...

I'd first try another mouse.... :)

You should be able to test the 'mouse click force theory' on just shortcuts to websites, varying 'click pushdown intensity' to see if it is the mouse missing it, or you not quite pushing hard enough, or, if the mouse or associated driver is actually responsible...

I tried kinda using different forces to push the click, just when I hear the sound it works, It has only been in those 2 games specifically so far, and I just tried a different mouse, I was in a bit of a rush so I could only test in 2 games: Apex and Kovaak's and just as with the other mouse Apex works perfectly but kovaak's has the problems, I don't know if I have to mention it but they both work normally while browsing or doing other stuff, so far it has only been in Paladins and Kovaak's, but what worries me is Kovaak's because it's what I use to train and improve my aim in all games.

Have you cleaned it ? Take it apart and clean out any dust bunnies or grime. Also sometimes moving to a different USB port will recover misbehaving accessories like mice and keyboards.

Yup, already did all of that, I think it's a software problem because it's ONLY those 2 games.

Update: I have tested other mice and different push pressure, it still is the same problem, only those 2 games have had the problem. I have also cleaned the mouse internals and tried different usb ports in both mice.
