I recently bought the steelseries rival 5 mouse and it has some weird issue. - I returned the first one and got a new one, so this issue has now on 2 mice (both where upgraded to the newest firmware).
The problem:
The mouse is moving on its own, or its just detecting the surface i am not entirely sure which it is. Because the movement is not enough to make it visible on the screen, the pointer is not moving. This is offcourse not an issue when using the mouse actively, but it is super annoying because its enough that it will wake the screen from idle or display various overlays like youtube in fullscreen etc. - It happens at random times. It might be within 1 minute from happening and it may take 30 minutes, but i does happen and often.
I thought it was faulty at first, but since 2 difference and brand new mice have been having the same issue right out the box, i am sure this is not just a bad one.
I have tried on different computers, different usb ports and different surfaces. All with the same exact result.
edit: So the actual question... Do anyone know what is happening here or have any guess? I can't find anything via google, but i might not be spot on when searching (english is not my native language).
