[SOLVED] Mouse not reacting to fast movements

I have cheap mouse and a pretty good pad, and I play on something like 125 edpi but when I try to flick very fast it's moves like in a strange way like he lagging or something, but when I do the same but does it works smooth and moved farther. Is that the problem with the mouse? I just got before to l two days the dakotaz pad so it shouldn't make me a problems.
i3 8100
GTX 1050 TI
and the mouse is Marvo scorpion m316
Windows 10 pro 64 bit

First step:

Download just the mouse drivers via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure.

Do not include any additional software tools/utilities used to make adjustments to the mouse properties.

Ensure that the mouse works and performs well using just the basic drivers.

Second step;

If all goes well with the First step then reinstall any additional software used to customize the mouse.

Again test and determine if the mouse performance is restored.

Failing that - the next step(s) will be some additional troubleshooting via Task Manager and Resource Monitor. Basically just observing system performance when the mouse is working correctly versus when it is not working correctly.

But the mouse is working good, just when I try to flick very fast it doesn't reacting

If you move the mouse faster than the sensor can read then you will get all sorts of strange happenings. The mouse was never intended to be "flicked" around. This happens with all mouses.

Move the mouse at a more reasonable rate. Sudden jumps from one position to another will never be smooth.

Try "WIN" + "I" > Devices > Mouse.

Check the mouse settings and options. "Related settings" in the upper right corner.

If no change, then reinstall the drivers.
