Mouse on desktop all of a sudden laggy?

Hey guys, just finished my brand new build and when using my wireless mouse after I rebooted it, my mouse got really laggy, I remember on my old computer that happened and I did something and it disappeared. All the answers I see are "Re install windows or accelerate your mouse speed" They dont help and Im getting frustrated! would someone please help?

Which driver should I update? the mouse didnt even have a driver to install.. Other then that my drivers are all up to date
