Mouse pointer will stay where I put it. It goes off screen, low rght.

My mouse flies all over the screen. If I dont keep the sensor on the pad, it flies.

I have the same problem with mine (assuming optical mouse?). I think this is due to the reflectivity of your desk. Keep it on the pad/get a larger pad.
