Hi guys,i am having a big issue with my pc,recentrly i noticed that my mouse (Zowie ec2-a) is a little bit choppy,slow and not responding properly,i don't really know how to explain but i have that sensation that there is a problem,i tried everything that i could,reinstalling windows,trying different usb ports,different games etc etc,but i didnt fix it,so i was wondering if the problem could be the mouse wich i have since early 2017,or the motherboard ?
I am really confused because i dont really know how to fix this problem,i tried another mouse and i can't really tell if it was smooth or not,because that mouse wasn't really good for testing.

16gb ram ddr4 2133
Hdd 1tb WD
SSD 128 GB A-DATA
ASUS H270 PRIME .
