Mouse Scroll Problem

My mouse works fine for a week or two when I buy it then the scroll stops working and sometimes it scrolls randomly while in a browser or in-game. It gets very irritating when watching videos and playing multiplayer matches.

FYI The mouse is a DragonWar ELE-G11

Any help would be appreciated.

My only bet would be the logical one: Some gunk and/or hair has slipped in next to the scroll wheel and is causing the wheel sensor to think that it is rolling.

Sad part, pretty hard to clean and will most likely involve opening the mouse.

When in doubt, test on another computer, should show same symptoms.
